Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our Assembly and Dispatch Area. This role requires a committed individual who will manage daily operations, maintain effective training programs, and ensure all team members are adequately supported.

Responsibilities

• Ensure year-round coverage of all positions in the Assembly and Dispatch Area, especially during employee leave periods.
• Implement and maintain up-to-date training programs for all Assembly and Dispatch Team members through the management team.
• Complete and submit all necessary reports required by senior management on time, including daily PI totals, shortage reports, rejects / scrap reports, and supervisor and manager check sheets.
• Provide a weekly update as the team's direct manager.
• Oversee daily operations to completion, including necessary overtime (approximately 10-16 hours per week).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $68000.00 / yr.

A full time position, with amazing earning potential with health, dental and vision, 10 days PTO, paid sick days, plus 6 federal holidays, 2 full paid weeks off during Christmas season and fully paid training.

This is a fully onsite position in Wilkes Barre,PA.
