Account Manager I (Onsite - 5 days per week onsite in Irvine, CA)
A successful Account Manager drives client growth and satisfaction with Weedmaps. The Account Manager will be measured on their success in driving revenue through identifying opportunities and optimizations, heading off and minimizing churn, and driving billing collection efforts. The right person will have a strong background in consultative selling skills, project management, and analytical capabilities to provide insights to their clients on how to maximize their performance on the platform.
The impact you'll make :
- Manage a book of business where revenue and retention goals are met and exceeded.
- Based on the client and market data, provide insights and recommendations to your clients on how to grow their business with Weedmaps marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with your assigned Account Executive(s) on the best path to drive more value for your shared clients and enter opportunities in CRM for management visibility.
- Increase your client's proficiency and usage of the Weedmaps platform through your training.
- Conduct regular business reviews, sales presentations, product demonstrations.
- Be the steward of your client data hygiene by updating and maintaining the CRM (or any other designated locations) on your calls, meetings, contact info, current license, and up to date on billing payments.
- Proactively communicate billing updates to drive collection efforts as necessary.
- Relay feedback from clients to improve our products and process to increase client success.
What you've accomplished :
BS / BA Degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 1 year of experience in digital sales or account management; client / customer facing role.Proven track record of hitting goals and revenue targets.Data-oriented, analytical sales approach.Customer-centric and an eager relationship builder, with the ability to share feedback with customers to drive positive long-term relationship momentum.Confidence in presenting to clients (onsite or on phone) to influence credibly and effectively.Comfort with and ability to operate at an accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment.Strong planning and organizational skills with a clear attention to detail and process oriented.Bonus Points :
Experience in the cannabis industryThe base pay range for this position is $67,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year.
