Schedule : This is a Temporary position, plan to work Wednesday - Sunday, from 10am - 6pm. Assignment begins November and will end approximately January 1st.
Job Summary :
The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of computer systems, hardware, and software. Responds to and logs issues in a timely manner based on the impact of the issue. Troubleshoots and resolves issues in collaboration with internal teams, escalating as needed to resolve problem. Responds to and resolves minor incidents and auto-generated service desk incidents with supervision. Investigates, diagnoses, and resolves technical and customer service-related questions by performing the following duties :
