Equipment Inspection :

Conduct regular inspections of industrial machinery and equipment to identify electrical issues or malfunctions.

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.

Electrical Repairs :

Diagnose and repair electrical problems in machinery, control panels, and other industrial systems.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Programming :

Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLCs to optimize the functioning of industrial equipment.

Motor and Drive Systems :

Inspect, repair, and replace electrical components of motors and drive systems.

Instrumentation and Control Systems :

Maintain and calibrate instrumentation and control systems used in industrial processes.

Safety Compliance :

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines related to electrical work.

Replacement of Electrical Components :

Replace or upgrade electrical components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and sensors.

Shoot primers and top coats to Mil specs on multiple surface types

Mix paints per manufactures specs

Preparation of parts prior to painting including masking, sanding, and cleaning

Complete workflow documentation thoroughly and properly as required

Inspection : Knowledge of the expected response and appearance of the material being painted

Clean and repair paint equipment

Touch-up parts as needed

Wear proper safety equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times

Keep work area clean

Some overtime may be required

Ability to regularly and frequently lift 50 pounds

Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, carrying light and heavy loads, and climbing stairs and ladders. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate small power tools and other equipment
