We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, stakeholder interaction, and mentoring of development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
Architect and develop microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentor and guide developers on technical solutions and design approaches.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills

15+ years of experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
