This position is hybrid at our 1101 Market Street Philadelphia, PA location. In office 1-3 days / remote 2 days.
Job Duties
- Supervise and professionally develop the Business Process Analyst and Recall Administrators. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and staff development.
- Develop a policy / process management and standardization management strategy based on inputs from Supply Chain leadership, team members, and stakeholders. Ensure the strategy aligns with organizational goals and addresses the specific needs of the supply chain team.
- Oversee the end-to-end recall management process. Conduct tracking and facilitate documentation of all recall activities. Identify and develop recall management response processes and policies; adapting to any new software or technologies.
- Build relationships with suppliers, key SCM stakeholders, and other TJU personnel to facilitate an effective and efficient recall management program. Communicate recall management information to internal and external key stakeholders.
- Prepare SCM budget with assist from SCM Executive leadership. Review monthly reports for expense variances. Report monthly to SCM Executive leadership unreasonable variances.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicator (KPIs) dashboards to measure the efficiency, effectiveness, and standardization of the Supply Chain organization's processes. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the recall management program's effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor the recall management through KPIs and dashboards for compliance, work with other key SCM stakeholders when the activities deviate from the process.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (BA / BS) in Supply Chain or Business.7 years experience developing, initiating, and managing resources with tactical processing capabilitiesPersonal Computing, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.ERP (Procure to Pay preferred), e-Procurement, and sourcing systems / tools.Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to effectively lead a team of supply chain professionals to ensure operational excellence principles are embedded into the supply chain culture.Problem-solving, financial, and analytical process skills.Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree (MBA) is preferred.4 years experience in Supply ChainAdvanced Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification.Ability to implement new programs and procedures.Ability to perform market research to understand critical data associated with selected products, services, and vendors.Knowledgeable in current and potential future governmental policies, practices, trends, developments in global commerce and the marketplace.Demonstrates the cognitive ability to assess situations, diagnose problems and determine an appropriate course of action to enhance the effectiveness of the organization and in alignment with core values.Comfortable handling risk and uncertainty.Excellence in internal and external communication verbally and in writing to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions.Lehigh Valley Health Network is an equal opportunity employer.
