Job description

A company is looking for an Enablement Manager - Community Growth & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute enablement programs for Community Growth & Engagement teams and hosts globally

Create and deliver onboarding and training programs for Community Powered Growth and Engagement teams worldwide

Facilitate content creation and coordinate educational content for ongoing Community Manager training

Required Qualifications :

Proficient in sales methodologies and cycles

Strong expertise in strategy development and execution

Experience in content creation and educational program development

Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous
