Position Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding Green Vine Landscapings commercial client base through recurring landscape maintenance, janitorial service contracts, and one-time projects.

This role plays a key part in building recurring revenue streams, strengthening client partnerships, and representing Green Vines mission of excellence, community, and growth.

The Sales Representative is expected to maintain a professional presence in the marketplace, working closely with property managers, developers, HOAs, and commercial property owners to provide exceptional service and long-term value.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial landscape maintenance and janitorial contracts
• Secure enhancement and one-time project opportunities to complement recurring revenue
• Conduct property evaluations, prepare scopes of work, and generate accurate estimates
• Present detailed proposals and service plans to clients and decision-makers
• Follow up on all open opportunities to achieve targeted close ratios
• Maintain a consistent and accurate sales pipeline within Aspire CRM
