Creative and Marketing Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY :

Reporting to the Vice President of Creative, the Creative and Marketing Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing, creative, and multimedia projects for Thorne Research's marketing initiatives.

The incumbent will lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content while adhering to project goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, creativity, and a passion for driving innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Satisfactorily performing and / or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the jobLead and manage marketing and creative projects, from conception to delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as necessary.Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to explore innovative ideas.

Ensure projects adhere to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Monitor project expenses and track budget utilization.

Oversee the production of high-quality video content, animations, and other multimedia assets.Actively participate in training and development programs.

Uphold and promote Thorne Research's Mission and Values.Additional duties as assigned.What You Need : Experience and / or Education :

By training, education, and / or experience, employee must be able to perform theessential duties of the job.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; PMP certification a plusMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.Computer and Technical Skills :

Demonstrates proficiency in the use of the equipment and software

Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Possess good interpersonal skills and engage others in a positive manner.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Understanding of design principles, multimedia production, and marketing processes.

Familiarity with online video platforms and digital marketing strategies.Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Collaborative and adaptable approach to work.Prior agency experience a plusPhysical Demands :

Able to work in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of time.Must be able to work in a stationary position as well as move about unassisted.

Must be able to hear and converse with supervisors and other employees. Must be able to read large volumes of printed material.
