We are seeking bilingual Spanish speaking Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, , or Case Managers who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and keeping things moving. This is a client-facing role with a mix of phones, emails, paperwork, and case management. We believe in our staff growing with the firm. You will be involved in many aspects of day to day operations and will stay closely connected to each client and case, so you can see your impact from start to finish.

The Role
Be a main point of contact for clients
- Answer and place calls, respond to emails and texts
- Communicate with clients, vendors, adjusters, trustees, and opposing counsel
- Provide updates in a calm, professional, and empathetic way
Handle new client intakes
Interview potential clients and gather basic case informationUse our intake templates and questionsHelp determine where each lead fits in our practiceSupport legal work and case files
Help draft letters, demand packets, motions, and other filings (often from templates or attorney notes)Organize and maintain digital case files and documentsRequest and track records and documents from clients and third partiesManage calendars and scheduling
Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-upsCalendar hearings, motions, depositions, and important deadlinesMake sure the attorney has what is needed before each eventFollow up and keep cases moving
Check on documents, treatment, and case statusFollow up with potential clients who contacted us previouslyKeep simple status lists and updates so nothing falls through the cracksQualifications :
MUST be fluent in both Spanish and English. This is MANDATORYComfortable with Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDFStrong organization and ability to manage many small tasks without getting overwhelmedProfessional, warm communication style on the phone, in person, and in writingRespectful and patient with people who are stressed, injured, or under financial pressureReliable, detail-oriented, and proactive about keeping the attorney informedYou will be trained on our systems, case types, and scripts. You will not be expected to know bankruptcy or personal injury law on day one, but experience in those fields is a definite PLUS.
