Job purpose

The warehouse associate would be responsible for assisting with basic warehouse functions including cycle counts, inventory movement, inventory allocation, inventory storage and warehouse organization along with the essential duties and responsibilities listed below.

Duties and responsibilities

Receive and distribute manufacturing parts and materials

• Pick, pack and label parts, media, and other materials to be shipped domestically and internationally to customers and / or field technicians
• Process shipments using UPS Manifest
• Palletize LTL and freight
• Enter and close SRO’s
• Pick parts from stockroom for production
• Process RMAs and field returns
• Process inbound vendor purchases including receiving and inspection of incoming parts
• Scan and log serialized components
• Packing and shipping of all e-commerce items
• Kitting and creation of sub-assemblies
• Component testing
• Performing material cycle counts as needed
• Responsible for basic warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Kitting and creation of sub-assemblies

• Assist in printshop

Safety Requirements

Ability to wear required PPE if in any manufacturing area.

Responsible for following all Innovative FOTO’s safety requirements including the safe operation of the fork truck, pallet jack and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
