Client Summary :

Focus on streamlining to minimize the time and costs associated with payment processing
Offers outsourced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
Handles Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) electronically, requiring efficient management and consolidation with other payment types

Position Responsibilities :

Database Design and Architecture : Design and architect database solutions, including breaking down large databases into smaller, more manageable structures.

ETL Tools : Utilize ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data between different systems and databases.

Database Technology : Possess a broad understanding of database technologies beyond Microsoft SQL, with the ability to adapt to different platforms as needed.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to break up applications and databases into smaller sub-components, fostering a collaborative environment.

Project Management : Contribute to data analytics and machine learning projects, leveraging your expertise to support a wide range of activities within the organization.

Mentorship : Embrace a mentor mindset, providing guidance and support to junior team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Experience & Skills :

Required Experience and Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of database design and architecture.

Database Expertise : Strong knowledge of database design principles, along with experience in breaking down large databases and applications.

ETL Skills : Proficiency in ETL tools and techniques, with hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Technical Skills : Demonstrated ability to work with various database technologies and adapt to new platforms as required.

Education : Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on engineering or related disciplines.

Collaborative Spirit : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Project Management : Experience contributing to data analytics and machine learning projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.

Tenure : Strong tenure in previous roles, demonstrating stability and commitment to professional growth and development.
