Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver real-time reporting and insights on Total Rewards programs and people-related spend
Own the modeling, forecasting, and tracking of total rewards budgets
Conduct analysis to measure the efficacy and ROI of total rewards programs and ensure pay fairness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role, preferably in total rewards or people analytics
Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in advanced analytics and predictive modeling
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience in decision making under pressure and ambiguity
Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas and technologies
