This position will be located at our Plymouth, MI location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Control : Establish best practices for new and existing processes to continuously improve our methods and control systems
• Assist in the implementation of capital equipment : Responsible for sizing and selection of equipment for filtration systems such as RO, BWRO, SF, MF [AN1] (pressure vessels, valves, pumps, instruments, etc. as needed) and assist in procurement & installation of custom equipment to expand technical capability
• Contribute to transforming and scaling new equipment : Prepare relevant documents, perform design justifications, and develop processes to maximize efficiency and reliability.
• PFD / MB / P&ID completion and release : Responsible for creation of PFD / MB / P&ID following the design justifications and technical documents from customers / venders. Select vendors and coordinate procurement to meet schedule and budget
• Supporting sales team : supporting the sales team with technical insight in preparation of proposals and contracts (being consulted as needed). Engage with customers, remotely or onsite-to clarify scope and ensure expectations are aligned.

Knowledge : Ability to perform RO projections, understanding bioreactors (MBR, MBBR), evaporation process, distillation, and others.
