Your Role : Job Summary :

In this vital role, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients of all ages, addressing a variety of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, you will diagnose, treat, and educate patients, ensuring the highest standards of care. Our full-time providers enjoy a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Provide friendly and convenient patient care to all who seek our services.
• Lead and assist during emergencies, offering comfort and reassurance to patients.
• Conduct medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups for various conditions.
• Perform medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and more.
• Establish and monitor appropriate levels of care for clinic patients.
• Support on-site laboratory and x-ray services as needed.
• Maintain clinical core competency and participate in ongoing education.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure operations align with medical policies.
• Contribute to the development of policies affecting medical practice and patient satisfaction.
• Represent the clinic at internal and external meetings or events.
• Guide other medical staff to ensure quality services and patient satisfaction.
