Operations Manager – The Maids International (Corporate Store)

As the General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, developing strong teams, and driving operational excellence. This is more than a job—it’s a unique opportunity to build a successful branch, develop talent, and play a key role in the continued success of an established national brand.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead daily operations of the corporate location with a focus on growth, team development, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of all field staff
• Train and coach teams on The Maids’ 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System
• Monitor and maintain service quality through regular field inspections and coaching
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Conduct in-home consultations and service estimates for prospective clients
• Manage supply inventory, vehicle fleet, and equipment maintenance
• Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and streamline operational performance
