A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Weekend Shift) to provide operational support services for the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote computer support and resolve IT incidents and requests
Create and maintain support tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy
Respond to alerts and escalations, providing Tier I troubleshooting support
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Must possess or be able to complete Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1)
Experience in customer service within an IT support environment
Knowledge of ITIL and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to work remotely during weekend shifts
