Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience in affordable housing compliance or occupancy management. Strong knowledge of HUD and LIHTC regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with Yardi software preferred.
Position : Occupancy Compliance Manager
Location : San Francisco, CA
Employment Type : Full-Time / Permanent
Salary : $80,000 $100,000 (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee occupancy compliance for assigned properties and housing programs.
- Conduct tenant file reviews and ensure timely certifications and renewals.
- Maintain waiting lists, applications, leases, and other related documentation.
- Train and provide support to property management and compliance staff.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing , ADA , and Section 504 regulations.
- Act as liaison with HUD , PHAs , TCAC , auditors, and other agencies.
- Participate in annual compliance training and update internal procedures as required.
