Urgent Care Staffing Guidelines

Our Urgent Care centers are open daily from 8 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. Staff are scheduled until 8 : 30 p.m. to ensure coverage for patients who arrive just before closing.

PRN Requirements :

• Must provide at least two days of availability per month, with one day being a weekend.
• Must be available to work one summer holiday and one winter holiday.
• PRNs are expected to help cover PTO, illness, FMLA, and other staffing needs.
• Typically, PRNs will have at least one shift available per week.
• Must be willing to work at any of our eight Urgent Care locations.

Job Summary :

Provides assistance with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider (physician or advanced practice provider).
