Role Description

As a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator , you will be responsible for administering payroll, managing employee benefits, handling garnishments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily tasks include processing payroll, maintaining employee benefits programs, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll distributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in the marine or offshore industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
