Fanatics is revolutionizing the trading cards and collectibles industry with a new model and vision aimed at transforming the hobby for collectors, leagues, and players across multiple sports. Fanatics Collectibles, a subsidiary of Fanatics launched in 2021, plays a central role in this strategy by securing long-term, exclusive licensing agreements with major U.S. sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL, NBA, and their players' associations. These agreements allow Fanatics to design, produce, and distribute physical and digital trading cards and other collectible items for these premier sports properties.

In 2022, Fanatics Collectibles solidified its market dominance by acquiring Topps, the iconic trading card brand with over 70 years of history. This acquisition, which included both physical and digital divisions, accelerated Fanatics' ability to produce MLB and MLBPA trading cards four years ahead of schedule, beginning in 2022. Alongside U.S. sports, Fanatics Collectibles has also established partnerships with international sports teams, leagues, and entertainment properties, further extending its exclusive rights and global presence.

The Senior Tech Project Manager Fanatics Collectibles, will be responsible for the overall project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and closure of the complete life cycle of information technology initiatives, from business requirements, through executive approval, program execution, and delivery. This position is considered a key member of the Oracle PMO team.

General Duties & Responsibilities :

• Project management for complex IT projects, including the ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones.
• Manage multiple projects, prepare impact analysis against scope, schedules and budget.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Help build / improve PMO standards.
• Comply with all PMO policies, standards, procedures and processes.
• Work with business stakeholders on Organizational Change Management (OCM) to implement changes.
• Ensure all changes are communicated to project stakeholders and lead procedural training on every new capability delivered.
• Lead projects through strong planning, project management skills, and delegating work.
• Identify, own and drive all project risk, action, issue and dependency.
• Follow PMO standards in line with Business Owner and Project Sponsor.
• Effectively manage work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with internal clients.
• Establish strong working relationships with both technical and non-technical members of the organization at all levels.
