Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Architectural Designer to lead both the creative design process and the day-to-day management of architectural projects. This role requires a professional who is equally strong in design thinking and project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, producing construction documentation, and managing teams, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle—from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of architectural design, technical detailing, project budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.

Hours (RSA) : Working Hours : Mondays – Thursdays, 8am – 5pm; Fridays, 8am – Noon

Compensation : Starting at $60,000 per year

Key Accountabilities :

Design Development and Support - Contribute to the design process by developing creative and functional solutions under the guidance of senior architects.

Technical Drawing and Documentation - Produce accurate and code-compliant drawings that support project development and construction.

Project Coordination and Collaboration - Support coordination between disciplines and contribute to project delivery.

Professional Development and Licensure Preparation - Actively pursue growth toward architectural licensure and professional competency.

Quality and Standards Adherence - Uphold the firm's design standards and contribute to high-quality project outcomes.
