What Youll Do :

Verify, pound, and dispense IV medications and infusion therapies

Provide clinical oversight, pharmacokinetics, and therapy monitoring

Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and safe administration

Supervise and mentor pharmacy support staff

Partner with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure best outes

Maintain pliance with USP

standards and state / federal regulations

What Were Looking For :

PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy (advanced degree preferred)

Active Indiana pharmacist license (or eligible for licensure)

2+ years of recent acute care or 1+ year of home infusion experience

Strong leadership, clinical, and munication skills

Passion for patient care in an infusion setting

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with CareTend pharmacy software

Prior home infusion or cleanroom pounding experience
