Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry processes for 401(k) plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Coordinate the preparation and submission of contribution correction payment requests
Oversee the creation and amendments of plan documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of general office management experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure, ROBS, and IRS / DOL Regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
