• Strong research and writing skills,
• Solid academic credentials and keen analytic abilities.
• Federal court litigation practice
• Law and motion practice
• Business / intellectual property experience
• Insurance coverage litigation training or experience a plus .

This job requires you have a dependable stationary internet connection capable of sustaining a data connection for long periods of time through a VPN for remote connection.
