Hybrid : This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 2 days in the office at our Schaumburg, IL location and 3 days remote per week. The in-office days are subject to business needs. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as required. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, annual budgeting, preparation of earnings guidance, and other required finance-related duties for a publicly traded company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and update various financial metrics and ratios to assist management in the evaluation of business performance, including labor and capital expenditures. Review the analysis performed by the Financial Analyst I and Financial Analyst II.
• Partner with the business to prepare budgets and forecasts for assigned P&L categories
• Perform financial analysis of Internal Use Software spend
• Support the earnings release process, including the preparation of financial statement forecasts
• Assist with driving cross-functional efforts and research related to strategic sales initiatives
• Partner with leadership to prepare sales forecast, pipeline reports, and sales territory alignment
• Display strong work ethic with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment in a structured and organized manner
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare board and / or executive level strategic and financial presentations
• Other ad hoc analyses and financial modeling upon manager request
