Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Communications Lead to manage customer-facing communications and advocate for customer insights within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation and delivery of customer communications regarding updates, releases, and initiatives

Develop and manage communication templates and content assets, ensuring consistency and a customer-first perspective

Drive engagement in the Customer Advisory Board and represent customer perspectives in internal discussions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years in communication, marketing, or customer experience, preferably in SaaS or technology

Proven ability to create high-quality written and visual content for diverse channels

Experience in translating complex topics into clear, customer-friendly messages

Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with senior leaders

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across global regions
