A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Servicing Recoveries to lead day-to-day operations and oversee staff performance in the Servicing Department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance feedback and training

Oversee and resolve complex or high-risk escalations

Ensure compliance standards and documentation accuracy are met

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Recovery management, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, and probate

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency with servicing systems and productivity tools

In-depth understanding of servicing operations and regulatory compliance
