• We are looking for a Medical Office Coordinator to work in our West County Medical Office.

Job duties include :

• Scheduling appointments, rooming patients, answering phone calls, registering patients, and getting insurance authorizations. - Strong interpersonal, oral (including telephone) and written communication skills. - Have general knowledge of medical reimbursement, medical terminology and general office skills.
• Proficient    computer skills including Windows based office technologies (ex.
• Word, Excel) and e-mail. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Pay range is from $18.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on medical office experience.
