Requirements :

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You :

Are able to pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED, have experience in a licensed childcare center, and have one of the following : a CDA, a TCC in early childhood education specialties, a TCD, or any college degree in ECE or Child Development.

  • Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families
  • A positive attitude and self-image with a commitment to innovation and creativity
  • Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children
  • 1-3 years of teaching experience or certification (if not, we will help you obtain certification)
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Must pass the state-required criminal background check
  • Must meet all state certifications and requirements
