Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance, be 21+ years of age, and have a DCJS Armed Guard Card

Pay Rate : $27.31 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Sat 10 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 10 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM

DayTime Wed 05 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM

Thur 05 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas to support client protocols.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the location.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding incidents and / or concerns.

Assist with emergency evacuations and provide guidance to employees and visitors as directed by site procedures.

Participate in ongoing training and maintain all required certifications for armed patrol duties.

Minimum Requirements :

Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

Must have a valid armed guard card or license.

Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
