Job Description
Brookfield is seeking an experienced Manager to join the Investor Applications. The Manager will share an ownership of the technical delivery, operations, and ongoing optimization of Brookfield's Salesforce platforms. This role combines strong technical expertise with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and oversee delivery from design through deployment.
The Manager will lead Salesforce solution design, development, and integration efforts; act as the primary liaison with business users; and ensure all deliverables are scalable, secure, and aligned with Brookfield's strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader , capable of both deep technical Salesforce knowledge and effective collaboration with stakeholders to bridge technical and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, customization, and management of Salesforce environments, with a focus on financial services or asset management.
- Translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications and solution designs, ensuring clarity for both technical and business teams.
- Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams across the organization ensuring alignment of expectations, priorities, and outcomes.
- Manage the full development lifecycle-design, build, test, document, and deploy solutions-while enforcing best practices for performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Partner with integration teams and internal technology groups to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, balancing short-term fixes with long-term stability.
- Perform advanced data analysis and support reporting, data migration, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance across business processes.
- Ensure architectural integrity, security, and compliance in all Salesforce system modifications and integrations.
- Oversee Salesforce operations, ensuring incidents, service tickets, and enhancement requests are prioritized and executed effectively.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and Brookfield-specific customizations; evaluate and recommend new features that deliver measurable value.
- Document processes to contribute to knowledge sharing environment across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing automation, optimization, and emerging Salesforce capabilities.
- Actively embody Brookfield's core values (Entrepreneurial, Collaborative, Disciplined) in day-to-day work and team leadership.
- Provide coaching, mentorship and technical direction to junior team members and colleagues, ensuring consistency and quality in deliverables.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Industry knowledge of asset management and / or financial services strongly preferred, particularly in institutional and wealth distribution channels.7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial capacity.Deep technical expertise in :Apex (classes, triggers, test classes)

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
