The National Enterprise Sales Business Develop is critically essential to our growth and success. The National Sales Manager plays a large part in advancing our mission by qualifying the absolute best clients. A team can only grow as fast as its ability to support business growth.

Requirements :
- Enthusiastically support, promote, and adhere to Brilar’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values : accountability, continuous improvement, win / win (1+1 3), unity, integrity, safety, and respect
- Advance the company’s established strategic sales direction, message, and brand.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals on new maintenance & snow business.
- Create and maintain beneficial networking opportunities to expand reach and advance the Brilar brand.
- Prospect and secure new business through networking, cold calls, emails, follow-ups, and in-person to support the growth of the Brilar National Portfolio
- Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline to ensure quota attainment.
- Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quota.
- Manage and complete sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of company service.
- Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects.
- Manage sales cycle to close new business.
- Navigate target accounts at senior levels to create large-scale opportunities with prospects that operate multiple facilities across large geographic areas.
- Follow company-approved Prospects Qualification Process.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations.
- Attend company meetings when required.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Effective communication and collaboration with other company departments and stakeholders
- Complete and submit accurate reports and documentation as required in the time allowed.
- Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the world of sales, commercial landscape maintenance, and snow management.
