We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Northwest Houston area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Pay Details :
