About Our Client

Denver-based commercial general contractor with a strong reputation across Colorado. Their work spans high-end office tenant improvements, hospitality projects in resort towns like Vail and Snowmass, and select multifamily developments. With a tight-knit team of six, this GC emphasizes accountability, integrity, and a hands-on approach in every build. They're growing steadily and looking to add two Superintendents this year.

Job Description

The Superintendent will be expected to :

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and project success.
• Travel regularly between Denver and the Western Slopes as required by project needs.
