Oversee all phases of SCIF construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.

Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project efficiency and quality.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security requirements.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.

Ensure all construction activities adhere to federal and local regulations.

Train and mentor team members to promote professional development and skill enhancement.

Implement quality control measures to deliver high-standard outcomes.

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Extensive experience in constructing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF).
• Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate on-site teams effectively.
• Knowledge of federal and local construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• A proven ability to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $130,000 annually.
