Salary : $100,000-$135,000

Located in North Denver, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing construction team. Founded in 1982, we are a multifamily and commercial construction company that provides exceptional service for our clients on a wide variety of project types and sizes. We primarily focus on the construction of multifamily, K-12, clinics, and retail and make sure there is always a clear line of communication between everyone within our company and with our clients. We have won the Rocky Mountain Excellence in Construction Award several times along with Design / Build Project of the Year and several others. What You Will Be Doing

• Multifamily and Commercial builds
• Scheduling, ordering materials, etc.
• Overseeing site day-to-day
• Maintain site-specific quality control and safety plans
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, etc.
