Refrigeration / Boiler Tech I

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC / R systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning units and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Perform refrigeration repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
• Proficient in HVAC design and installation techniques.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems related to HVAC.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of boiler systems is beneficial.
• Welding skills are an asset for certain repair tasks.
• Previous field service experience is preferred, along with a background in appliance repair or property maintenance.
