What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the educational location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the campus and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual situations. Observe and report any security-related irregularities and / or emergencies to the appropriate personnel. Assist students, staff, and visitors with directions and information as needed, maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Support emergency response activities as required, collaborating with local authorities and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
