As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Through routine patrols and a visible presence, you will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to help to deter unauthorized individuals and report suspicious activity.

Document security-related observations, incidents, and activities according to established protocols.

Support access control measures for personnel and visitors in accordance with site requirements.

Communicate professionally and promptly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding concerns and incidents.

Remain alert to changes in the working environment and conditions typical of a manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
