Regional Director

A company is looking for a Regional Director.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the region's strategy, goals, objectives, and action plans

Manage and mentor team staff while overseeing advocacy and outreach programs and initiatives

Represent the organization in the community and at public forums, building relationships with high-level stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with proficient leadership skills

Fundraising experience

Ability to travel 10-15% of the time outside of the immediate location

Demonstrated financial literacy and ability to contribute to the organization's fiscal health
