The ideal candidate is both strategic and relational, a data-informed leader who can translate organizational vision into actionable plans that strengthen community partnerships, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth. This individual will also lead the implementation of a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to optimize engagement, streamline processes, and improve conversion tracking across all touchpoints.
Core Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that fosters collaboration across multiple teams and aligns efforts under a shared vision.
- Increase access and client engagement through data-driven insights, referral relationship building, and efficient conversion pathways.
- Enhance the organization's reputation and recognition through strategic communications, storytelling, and brand positioning initiatives.
- Lead the selection, rollout, and integration of a CRM platform to improve lead tracking, communication, and reporting across departments.
- Establish clear metrics, monitor progress, and regularly report on key performance indicators related to growth, engagement, and outreach.
- Partner with program, clinical, and operations teams to ensure alignment between outreach, admissions, and client experience.
Qualifications :
HS Diploma, or equivalent.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth strategy, ideally in behavioral / SUD health, healthcare.Proven success in leading multi-departmental initiatives and driving measurable growth.Demonstrated experience implementing and managing CRM systems.Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management abilities.Benefits :
