WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Were looking for a North America (NA) Multinode Operations Analyst to execute the inventory movements across all distribution nodes in North America.

This role will be focused on executional activities designed to optimize the location of inventory in the NA network to serve our consumers.

The candidate will manage stock transports orders, inventory divert requests, and inventory alignment activities. Additionally, youll become an expert in the operational aspects of our Supply and Inventory Planning (S&IP)and purchasing systems.

The analyst will represent the NA S&IP Team in cross-functional design workshops to ensure the intricacies of our inventory and supply planning systems are incorporated into the future design on a multi-node network strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Your typical day will be a focused on carrying out inventory movements. Inventory movements are designed to ensure Nike is deploying its inventory from the optimal location to achieve our promise of speed to consumers.

Youll run stock transfers, inventory divert operations, Direct Ship order Cancels, and other DC inventory movement operations.

Additionally, youll be a member of team charged with understanding the current state configuration of our supply purchasing and inventory deployment systems.

Youll need to understand the future vision of our multi-node operational environment and help ensure the future state design on our supply and inventory planning systems meet the needs of network of the future.

Youll be responsible for piloting and testing new network inventory flows to ensure our systems perform and achieve the goals of the future state network design.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH This role is part of the Responsive and Optimization Team within North America Supply and Inventory Planning.

You will be reporting to the Manager, Multi-node Inventory Operations. As you complete inventory movements across our network, you will work with cross-functional partners to include Marketplace Operations (MPO), DC Operations, and Transportation teams.

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of experience, education and / or training. Prior experience in DC operations, transportation, and / or supply and inventory operations.
  • Experience in a forecasting or inventory capacity. Experience with forecasting, buying and inventory planning and control processes
  • Familiarity with multi-node and / or omnichannel distribution concepts
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to articulate clear vision and use storytelling to engage & influence decision making.
  • Ability to set goals and expectations and while working independently with minimal guidance. Show initiative and a sense of urgency and possess proven ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Leadership - self-starter, motivated and proactive in setting direction and making recommendations. Deals with ambiguity by proactively creating clarity instead of waiting for others to provide direction.

WHAT YOU BRING Preferred skills :

  • Data & Analytics advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, IF, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, Charts, etc.) Demonstrated ability to identify trends, simplify complex data, visualize trade-offs and make impactful recommendations grounded in data.
  • Familiarity with Nikes IT system structure (Teradata, SAP, MMX, CDB, etc.)
  • Experience in Supply Chain or within the footwear / apparel industry
