Texas Licensed Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal to assist with contract audits and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits of existing vendor contracts to identify documentation gaps and compliance issues

Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders to gather missing information and ensure records are complete

Maintain and update contract templates and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of contract structure and legal terminology

Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing

Preferred experience in procurement or commercial contracts

Ability to conduct preliminary legal research on procurement laws and industry standards

Familiarity with vendor compliance verification processes
