Sr. FIS Project Manager

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Lead full lifecycle project management for front-end web application development integrated with FIS systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts, and FIS stakeholders).
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for successful outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Oversee API integrations between front-end and back-end systems / services.
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards.
• Provide regular project status reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Requires 10+ years' project management experience in software development / implementation.
• Experience with front-end projects and API / back-end integrations; FIS system familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills required.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications preferred.
• Preferred : Experience in financial services or retirement plan administration, hands-on Agile / Scrum practice, and technical familiarity with web technologies and APIs.
