Front Desk Coordinator
Our client in San Diego is seeking an efficient and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational and communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing
- Assist with special projects and collaborate with office teams as needed
