Responsibilities

The CM in Training supports roadway and bridge construction projects. This role assists with directing inspection and material testing efforts across various projects. This opportunity is intended for Spring 2026 graduates, with the position starting in Summer 2026.

• Support the oversight of project budgets and participate in quality assurance of contractor work to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Assist in preparing monthly and final cost estimates, and composing contract change orders to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation to ensure all project records are up to date and easily accessible.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and designers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
• Availability for day and / or night work to support the contractor's schedule.
