Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Receives, greets and assists patients and visitors in and around the hospital. Answers phones, provides information, assists with wheelchairs and supports transportation and vets requests from guests.
- Greets patients, guests and visitors at various entrances to the hospital.
- Provides information to guests, like patient room numbers, directions to units, etc.
- Monitors lobby for security purposes.
- Provides support to Parking vendor in handling parking validation and valet requests.
- Applies the principles of the Mission, Values and Goals of the organization, as they relate to exceptional customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills.
- High school diploma, GED equivalent or High School Certificate.
