Job Type : Full-Time (4–5 days / week)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly personable, organized, and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, eager to learn, and passionate. You will work both independently and collaboratively with our physician, providing care across our Manhattan location and occasionally at satellite offices and affiliated surgery centers.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient evaluations and follow-ups
• Perform and assist with procedures including : trigger point injections, joint injections, epidural steroid injections, kyphoplasty, spinal cord stimulation, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, bone marrow aspirate concentration (stem cells), radiofrequency ablation, and more
• Collaborate with the physician in a hybrid care model
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, No-Fault (NF), Workers’ Compensation (WC), and commercial insurance guidelines
