The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving ecosystem expansion by developing and optimizing tokenomics models that foster market adoption and community engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced mathematical modeling, economic theory, and game theory principles to create sustainable and value-accruing token systems. The Head of Growth Hacking will also be responsible for leading token launch strategies, driving community growth initiatives, and creating go-to-market strategies that resonate with various crypto audiences. A strong quantitative background, proven track record in Token Generation Events, and expertise in DeFi protocols and yield farming mechanics are essential.

Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and launching tokenomics systems. The role demands a data-driven approach, technical proficiency in tokenomics modeling tools, and a network of relationships within the crypto community. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and PR within the crypto / web3 spaces, with a focus on degen culture, memecoin dynamics, and viral marketing tactics. Responsibilities also include evaluating and optimizing existing token systems, monitoring post-launch performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure community goals align with product strategy. The position is remote-first, with a preference for NYC-based candidates, and offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team at the forefront of experiential rewards.
